Water-Spilling: The Re-Make

We're still in in transition mode with this, so, to accommodate the older cats, the human puts the old bowl temporarily on floor.
Banshee drinks… Petunnia drinks… Even the kittens drink for old times’ sake.
Then, when the human unwisely turns her back, a triumphant Cloud nukes the water bowl!
But the unfeeling human mops the floor before Cloud has a chance to truly enjoy her accomplishment.
Where can a kitten turn for justice? Isn't water-spilling protected under the 1st Amendment??
