Toonya, as usual, has the high ground - in the living room, on the "new" couch, the high ground is the back of the couch nearest the vestibule or dining room...
For a fairly long period of time, she is quite tolerant of interlopers - Lucy, Buddy! - even Kitten Cloud are allowed to sit underneath her on the couch proper. Then, disaster!
First, lunatic Cloud decides to play with Petunnia's tail. Petunnia, to her credit, manages not to lose it totally. Then Cyranno - out of nowhere - jumps up and lands on Petunnia's face! Not, not, not a good move...
Both kittens escape unharmed; human - to kitten indignation - comforts Petunnia.
