B&W Cat Sighting

When the human came home tonight, there was the little b&w, sitting on her porch. As she pulled into her driveway, he stepped down - off the porch, onto the drive way - and then just sat there, right in the headlight beams... And just sat there. And sat there. When the human inched forward, he slipped off into the neighbor's bushes. Was this his idea of a peaceful protest? (And what was he protesting?)
