Human Slips Up

Today: Early this morning the human checked up on the sleeping kittens. Perhaps an hour later, she went back, and to her amazement, there was Cyrrie, sitting on the dresser... Human wants to know, a) how did he sneak in, and b) how come the talkiest little guy she's ever known never made a peep about being locked up with kittens?
