Blogging From This Morning

I.

Early this morning the human was sitting on the bed, playing with a mouse (sisal) and Petunnia and Angel - Cyrano and AreToo were on the floor, watching... Eventually the human gave up the mouse in order to pet 'Toonya, and Cyrrie jumped up on the bed, landing, in fact, right in the human's lap. The totally surprised human was able to capture - and cuddle - Cyrrie - who - also surprise, surprise - purred...!

II.

Later the human got out the glorious red feather, and at first only the "kittens" played. But Banshee and Lucy were at least a little bit interested, and then Petunnia really got into it - down off the Morris chair, up on the couch, down again, up on the green velvet bench, up on a table, etc. She was so into it that the human began to play with her sort of exclusively - until she noticed 'Toonya's limp getting worse and worse as the game continued. Feather went back into the closet until the human could think this through...
