Do We Need An Audit?
A friend, who came to our aid in matters electrical this afternoon, commented that while on the blog there appear to be at least 922 cats and "kittens" if not more, in "real life" - whatever that is - there appear to be decidedly fewer, like um, Cloud, Cyrrrie and the Droid. Are we cheating?

I read somewhere that the more cats a household has, the less socialized they are to outsiders. My guess is most of them scatter to the winds until the guests depart, then saunter back in as if nothing happened in their absence.
In our case, it's even worse - the nano-second the visitor departs - the door has scarcely closed behind them - the "shy" ones poof into this dimension from wherever they had been hiding for the duration...
