Just now I dropped a favorite ring behind my dresser - in trying to broom it out I retrieved an incredible amount of dust, an incredibly incredible number of cat toyz, and my lost bite splint (in pieces)...
This blog is the ongoing story of nine-hundred and twenty-two cats, including kittens. We consider on a near daily basis the poetics of cat sensibility - the wit, brilliance, elegance and magic of catdom. We try to ignore hairballs and their sound effects.

Dear Lizzy, I hope the shortage of people in the library is only temporary and due to vacations? In other news, Cloud likes the new hangout probably because she can admire herself so well. Also, yesterday I was looking through my .gifs and .jpegs, when I found the McCain 08 slogan, "Old man yells at cloud," except temporarily in my brain it resolved into "Old man yells at Cloud," and, oh! What a heart-stopping moment that was. Which old man could be so cruel as to yell at a delicate, lovely, wisp of a Cloudling? Answer: McCain, of course!
In the event, I don't mean to pressure you into daily blogging or make you feel guilty or anything. I just miss you when I don't see or talk to you everyday (even if that's only via comments). Much love to all teh furries. Oh, and Pearl's hoomin came by to thank Cyrrie for his noble sacrifice.

Hi, PC - It cheered me up no end to see your comment today. Can't you just imagine Cloud whapping at Grampy with one paw and following it up with a good smack aimed at Caribou Barbie? She would be way too polite to actually connect, I suppose, but the rethuglicans would be duly abashed, or something... Hi to your babes, Hi to Pearl's human and Pearl! (I'll say more about work later, but now, we're way short with no remedy in sight.) 'Toonya and Buddy just came in to say Hi....
