Yesterday

I was gone close to 14 hours, and when I finally got home I did the usual - pets all around - check on crunchies, water, litter levels... Then I got undressed and settled in to read in bed for a while. Lucy joined me first, and there was definitely something reproachful about the way she cuddled, purred and generally fussed. Then Angel joined us, and he was all like, Yeah, you tell her, Luz! And then Petunnia came and paced irritably until she could worm her way in between Lucy and la human. Disgusted, Lucy left, but was back almost immediately - you could almost see the thought bubble, Wait a minute, why am I leaving?? We were all very peaceful after that...
