Justice vs Pragmatism

On the disposition of Fancy Feast:
A very large portion goes - first, of course - to the land-sharks, aka kittens. This is in order to allow the senior (and semi-senior) cats a reasonable amount of time in which to consume a reasonable portion (sometime it even works).
The senior cats do not seem to be aware of the discrepancy... YET!
