This blog is the ongoing story of nine-hundred and twenty-two cats, including kittens. We consider on a near daily basis the poetics of cat sensibility - the wit, brilliance, elegance and magic of catdom. We try to ignore hairballs and their sound effects.

What is there about folded clothes or laundry that attracts them? My two siameses used to love the laundry basket - either pre-wash or post-wash. They preferred the post-wash sheets because they were unfolded and retained their dryer heat for awhile. They loved that heat -- curled up and basked in it.
If not for blaze and socks, I would've called him Angel, for that certain cherubic quality of his sleep.
