Disappointment
Human says, We ordered some stuff online a while ago - mainly replacements for our scratching post innard, but - since you definitely want to get the most out of your S&H fee - some toys as well... So, the scratcher panels came, but not the toys! Cats and Kittens say, She's much more upset about it than we are...

It's time to have some hard words with the purveyors. Don't they know that little kitties (and big ones, too) need their toys? Otherwise, they're likely to attack a human substitute.
