Easter Morning

Generic:
There's snow on the ground - it's patchy, but it's there, and it's wrong! There were 2 fully open daffydills that I rescued from the mud by my mother's driveway - they're in her kitchen now, quite beautiful, but still...
Cat and Kitten Wise:
Very good news about Banshee yesterday - we give her these "magic" (my word, not the vetz) shots which last a long time and help her breathe, but which also are quite dangerous - many cats develop diabetes. But the results of her blood work are all very normal, thank goodness. I'm still going to try out an inhaler system, though. We have a tiny face mask which I hold to her face for longer and longer times - the goal is 10 seconds. The hope is she'll be so used to it by the time we add in the meds that she won't notice the difference. And the nasty little lump which had totally freaked me out is harmless...

Good news about Banshee!

There is the rare picture of her now and then -- is she camera-shy? Or maybe she hides away from all the other little dickens who roar around the house?

Daffydowndillies! Mine have yet to bloom. Do you live hard by Mama's? It sounds as if you have regular meetings.
About Banshee: very good news, indeed. Although I'm told that a raw diet can cure allergies in cats.
