It's A Question Of Priorities

When the human came home tonight, the first thing she noticed was - well, no, actually, the first thing she noticed was Buddy, in the dining room window, looking sweet and adorable (Hi, Sweetie!). The second thing she noticed was the wilty porch plants, and so she went inside just long enough to put down her purse and briefcase, then went back to water everything, including the new little garden in front of the bushes. When she got back inside everyone was palpably offended. What? she said. Checking on the food and water levels (fine), she added, Some of those plants were catnip, afterall... Definitely not good enough for these critics!
