Blue Jay!

Just before I left for work, there was this screeching sound somewhere outside. Then I noticed Cloud and AreToo in the dining room window, just mesmerized by something - so much so that Cloud was not even objecting to the Droid's existence. When I came up behind them, I was amazed to see the brilliant blue and white and black of a small blue jay who was visiting our bird feeder. It has been years since I've seen a blue jay - I do so hope they're coming back from the west nile virus thing. (Of course the camera batteries were in the recharger.)
