This blog is the ongoing story of nine-hundred and twenty-two cats, including kittens. We consider on a near daily basis the poetics of cat sensibility - the wit, brilliance, elegance and magic of catdom. We try to ignore hairballs and their sound effects.

That picture makes me think of the song from Fiddler on the Roof ... Little bird, little Chavalah ... except she's not really gentle and kind, or at least not to Angel, is she?
The fluffy bit hanging down must be part of her tail -- at first I thought she'd become plushier overnight.
She has such interesting markings.
I think the key word here is little bird WATCHER - not necessarily a sympathetic role... (But of course and it goes without saying that I loves her anyways/totally...)
Lizzy, Sandy - I found a cat quite enchanting and visitworthy today. Check her out at TotallyCats and tell me what you think.
I need cats to keep me from losing my mind.
I just bookmarked Totally Cats! Thank you, TPC! And I know what you mean about needing a respite from the stuff that makes your head want to explode!
Lizzy and Political Cat - I love that blog and I've bookmarked it, too. We need all the help we can get to save our poor heads.
Thanks!
P.S. So far all seems to be on track for me with the cataract surgery. My anxiety level has settled down a bit now that all the appointments have been made and things seem to be falling into place. You wouldn't believe how many pre- and post-op appointments need to be made. So far Medicare and Medi-Cal are coming through to pay for a good portion of it, thank goodness.
