This blog is the ongoing story of nine-hundred and twenty-two cats, including kittens. We consider on a near daily basis the poetics of cat sensibility - the wit, brilliance, elegance and magic of catdom. We try to ignore hairballs and their sound effects.

Lizzy and PC - do you like movies? I've seen two recently that are really great: "Juno" (a fantastic little gem about teenage pregnancy) and "There Will Be Blood" with Daniel Day Lewis (the early Calif. oil days are the background for a character study of an oil baron's rise).

You might have seen my photos of Gustav reading the paper with his belly. Poor little psycho kitty. Some day I will tell his sad story on my blog.
I love movies, and thanx to Netflix we get to have great retrospectives - check out our movie lists at Culture Vultures, if you want. Thanks for the rex, I'll check out these movies.
