This blog is the ongoing story of nine-hundred and twenty-two cats, including kittens. We consider on a near daily basis the poetics of cat sensibility - the wit, brilliance, elegance and magic of catdom. We try to ignore hairballs and their sound effects.

And how rare is that! Well, at La Casa de Los Gatos, anyway, ever since Faridah went to the Rainbow Bridge. Bandicoot just thumped onto the bed and his little white-pink toesies are a dreadful shade of beige, with little clumps of black (ew) stickum in 'em.
The boy needs a bath SO bad. With bleach.
"Toonya sez, Bandicoot! Yer lettin' down the side...!
Coot sez, "Wha? Snrffgzt." It's still very hot here and all the poor children have grown extremely long and flat. Also, they're not moving much.
Pretty pink toes!
PC - This heat is dreadful! I hope it'll be letting up soon. We've been breaking records back to the 1800's here in L.A.
And naturally, following the pattern recently, the family had gathered - sister from Hawaii, brother from up in Northern California, to sort through Mom's possessions. And the record heat was with us, just as it was when we boxed up her things and moved them out of her room a month or so ago.
Hope this lets up soon.
Wow, it's actually kind of cold here, but after reading your CA comments, I think I'm glad... You all have my sympathy, for sure!
