Prayers For Tuffy
She's a tiny little way pretty indoor/outdoor who's missing! Tuffy!! Go home!!! Now!!!!!
This blog is the ongoing story of nine-hundred and twenty-two cats, including kittens. We consider on a near daily basis the poetics of cat sensibility - the wit, brilliance, elegance and magic of catdom. We try to ignore hairballs and their sound effects.

Oh, noes!!! Lizzy!
She's not one of yours, is she? I mean, one of the ones you might feed who doesn't actually live at Casa de Lizzy?
Poor little thing. I shall make the children think good thoughts at her.
How long?
PS: In good news: my neighbour's cat was missing for two years and then turned up and smacked him. Prob'ly for not looking hard enough.
She belongs to a friend, and is the oldest of his 3 - a real cutie with lots of personality! I am so hoping to hear she's turned up...
Just checkin' for Tuffy.
Hi, Lizzy and PC!
Sorry to hear about the missing Tuffy -- I hope she finds her way back home. These sweet little guys are part of our family and when they go missing, a piece of ourselves goes missing.
PC - I'm send you thoughts of healing for you and your family. Take care.
Thanks so much, Sandy! Lizzy's probably off protesting the war, Yay Lizzy! But I thought I ought to let you both know that I'm in the process of putting up AreToo's Caturday Guest Post. You have to see how long his rap sheet is, Sandy. It's worse than Angel's, I think!
AreToo Hosts Caturday at La Casa de Los Gatos.
Hi, Lizzy, thanks for all you do with teh Pinks.
Lizzy,
Here's something in line with your professional interests.
Sandy, you'll probably find it interesting too.
Lizzy? Any word on Tuffy?
Is she microchipped?
I posted a rather lengthy comment at PC's Caturday post and another one at the next post below this one -- I have my own stories to tell about Chumley Manor.
Hope little Tuffy has been found by now!
Still worrying about Tuffy and now worrying about Lizzy, too. Arrested? Abducted by aliens? Attacked by 922 hungry cats and kittens?
Still no news on Tuffy, alas, but I'm hopeful she's been "adopted" by someone who didn't realize she already had a home. Michael plans on putting signs up around his neighborhood...
PoliticalCat, thank you so much for the link to the tech talk - you were right, I was fascinated, and intend to share it with some of my library colleagues! kai, thx, bai!
Also, how's your mum?
Ah, teh Lizzy lives! Phew!
Tuffy &mdash we don't pray but we try to visualize her returning home. Of course we have no idea what she looks like.
The tech talk was fascinating. I had so little idea about the actual brass tacks of information delivery in the third world.
There's another one from UC Berkeley about the economy that you might be interested in - or not. Let me know and I'll post it if you are, or email you, or somefink.
Mum &mdash no word yet, but Dr. did say he would only contact me if he had anything to report. So, anxious waiting and watching and nagging of poor innocent blogfriends who might be actually having a life or something.
Next week's Caturday guest will be from Casa de Charlotte della Luna, an artist and aesthete like yourself. She rescued a little orange striper who injured two legs and his eye falling asleep in someone's car engine. So, with the permission of the 922 (who might be otherwise feeling snubbed), we give next week's guest spot to little Leo, and then it's back to harrass your little ones with Public Exposure.
