Just FYI - I'm taking a break from exercising today. So tired. But it's always nice to "hear" from you, so pls do answer my comments if you can spare a moment ofyour always busy days - I know I'm whining unnecessarily, but it's so comforting to feel there's a friend somewhere out there.

Hey, Political Cat - Go ahead and whine! In the right quantities it's totally therapeutic! And do rest some - you can't get well and strong again by wearing yourself out... I think our comments just missed each other last night - I did read your account of the seemingly easy sounding surgical procedure - I'm cringing again, feeling for you - and the hummingbirds and fabric art!
