This blog is the ongoing story of nine-hundred and twenty-two cats, including kittens. We consider on a near daily basis the poetics of cat sensibility - the wit, brilliance, elegance and magic of catdom. We try to ignore hairballs and their sound effects.

I finally figured out that I have to click on the photo in order to get a good look at it. You captured the little Cloudling at just the right moment!
I just noticed you now have a nice large Christmas poinsettia! Hope you have a lovely holiday season. I love how you decorate for the season. I try to do that in little ways, too. I put out a door mat and door hanging appropriate to most seasons. It's nice to come home to this little hat tip to the seasons.
Hi, Sandy - Decor has actually been on my mind of late: Up until 2004 I always had a "real" xmas tree, even in my apartments. In '03, however, even before the "planned" kittens, the tree went over for the first time, and scarred by that experience, I declined to give Cloud and Cyrrie the opportunity to do the same. I wimped out again in '05, and in '06 the BadBoys (i.e., the unplanned kittens) persuaded me to wait again. I am currently dithering, but leaning in favor of alternative decorations...
