A Cold And Crazy Day

Air temp: 7 degrees. Wind chill: 14 below. And I went in to work only to find utter and complete chaos left behind by the cleaning crew working on the floors last night We had no printing capability, and the staff work areas were totally uninhabitable. Once we stopped being stunned, we realized we were out of business for the day, and informed campus safety. Then I drove home again, totally you know what. However, the little ones said, We're happy to have you home early! And I was mollified. (Still sick, though, and thinking squeamish thoughts about pneumonia, but I really don't think I'm quite there yet.)
