Cloudling's Revenge

After rescuing her from the window screen, and making sure she was alright, I took the opportunity to clean her little eyes which were yucky. Ever since then I've had a Cloud hair in my left eye which I have not been able to wash out or find and fish out or anything, blink, blink...

I'll bet her hairs are like Bandicoot's &mdash superfine, light, and airy.

She will take offense, even when it is not offered. An offense kleptomaniac.

Exactly! But some of Cloud's hairs are 4 inches long! You'd think it's be easy to blink something like that away... Fortunately I seem to be ok now. (Note to self: Don't pet anyone before going to bed.) (Other note to self: Yeah, right...)

Oh, Lizzy!

Both Mum and Dad have been hospitalized with chest infections. I'm so worried and they're so far away. Fortunately their doctor is a saint who keeps me updated on their condition via email.

I shall be squeezing cats today (it helps). Please tell your babes to think some good calming purrs my way. Thanks muchly,

tpc

Oh, I'm so sorry to hear that! Your parents - and you - will be in my heart and prayers today, and I'll give everyone here a hug with you in mind - hopefully those beams of negative ions will find their way to you... (I'm so glad there is a good doctor taking care of them.)

Thank you all. Mum's had a whole unit of blood because her count was really low. They suspect internal bleeding but will hold off on exam till she is completely stable. Dad's delirious and disoriented. They're trying to bring his fever down.

Four little lumps keeping company here, and how loudly Zingiber snores!

I rub all your furry ones' furry little noses.

No new updates, but I asked their doctor if I should fly out. Travel is difficult with a gimpy leg, but if he had said yes, I would already be there. He thinks he can stabilize them both and wants me to stay put for now.

Trying to stay cheerful. They're very elderly &mdash Dad's in his mid-90s and Mum's in her mid-80s. Thanks ever so much for the kind thoughts.

I just wish Zingiber wouldn't snore, it's dreadfully loud. But at least he's draped over my foot, keeping it warm. We're having a sudden spell of cold weather. Kitties &mdash can't live without them, can't keep your toes warm without them.

Oh, TPC, my heart just goes out to you! I'm so glad you have relatively good news for now - I guess it's just a one day at a time situation... Bless you all, much love from 922....

Thank you so much, Lizzy.

Kisses to the 922, who are sending such mighty purr vibes. Our felines have been overkissed, I think. They've taken to running away every time I look at them.

Your blessings mean a lot to us here.
