Ok, cats and "kittens" update: Early this morning, Cyrrie was departing the bathroom as Cloud was coming in - there was the totally traditional pause on the threshold as mutual space was clarified/negotiated... Eventually Cyrrie passed - thankfully un-smacked - and Cloud came on in. Into the bathtub, she looked at the partial bowl and gave it a twitch. Back came Cyrrie! And Cloud hissed but did not smack or even pretend to smack. As Cyrrie watched, she dumped the rest of the water, and both of them stared mesmerized and the little bit of water trickled down the drain. Water babies! Huh??
