Three (I think) years ago it was the roof. Now it's the porch. But if I have to get a loan for a new porch, it might as well be a closed in one - for the babes to enjoy, of course...

we enclosed our porch for the kitteh's. They grew up on a screened in one in Hawaii and missed being sort of outside. Now they have big windows in winter and screens in summer... Was worth the 7 grand
