My kitty Henrietta had two spots just like these on her nose when she was a kitten.
But as she got older, they gradually spread until just the leather of her nose was black, and the rest of her nose white.
(Apparently black and white kitties can get little black dots kind of randomly too.)
Love this guy's nose.
Cyrrie still has has his nose freckles, but his sister's did change - expanding from 2 to 3 as I recall... Cyrano got his name on account of his funny/cute nose, but hardly anyone got the reference, alas...
