I hope he's microchipped. To Ichabod's owner: please contact every shelter, animal control center, vet's office within a 5-10 mile radius without delay. Often someone seeing a cat they think is a stray (or an injured cat) will take it to the local shelter. Shelters are crowded and older cats are killed without mercy. Please, please, don't waste a minute. Thinking back to how I lost my dearly loved Mephisto!
I will think many good thoughts at little Ichabod. Maybe (hope, hope) he's been taken in by someone who just hasn't had time to call yet. Poor kitty!
