This blog is the ongoing story of nine-hundred and twenty-two cats, including kittens. We consider on a near daily basis the poetics of cat sensibility - the wit, brilliance, elegance and magic of catdom. We try to ignore hairballs and their sound effects.

Could be, could be. She's looking much better already, sleek, slim, but well-fed once more, not gaunt and lean.
Oh, she is a cutie, AND a dickens... Still at the GH's, she bites (in the sweetest way imaginable, of course) to get attention. I'm hoping to bring her back this weekend, after my friend leaves, to experiment with getting to know the 922's (wish me luck!)....
Oh, boy. Well, since you have rooms with lockable doors, you probably already know that "experts" recommend you keep her in a separate room for a few days. Give her a (new) toy of her own to play with and a towel on her "bed," or other piece of fabric. On day 2 or three, bring her toy out to the others and take one of theirs in to her. Next day, repeat with towel/fabric. Soon they'll be sticking their paws out from under the door on both sides. Good luck! (Crosses fingers, runs away)
A li'l nipper!
